CMC Portfolio Management Leader, EMEA region

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a CMC Portfolio Management Leader for the EMEA region to drive portfolio growth with assigned biotech customers through governance, planning, and strategic initiatives. The role involves cross-functional leadership of services across Pharma Services Group and Clinical Research Group, requiring extensive industry expertise and program management experience. Responsibilities : - Lead customer relationships and governance for services across Thermo Fisher Scientific divisions - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless execution of services and customer support - Provide program and project management leadership for key functional activities and working groups - Identify, manage, and communicate program risks with mitigation and contingency plans - Oversee multiple project teams and managers to deliver on assigned customer portfolios Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field - 6+ years multi-disciplinary experience in pharmaceuticals, biotech, CDMO, or clinical research - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred - Strategic problem solver with proven track record in business growth and change management - Ability to establish relationships with senior business contacts and influence industry leaders - Master's degree in program and project management strongly preferred - Expertise in drug development, manufacturing, CMC, and customer relationship management
