Data & AI Solutions Lead✓

We seek an experienced Data & AI Solutions Lead to identify, design, and deliver data analytics and AI solutions with a strong focus on LLM-based and agentic systems. This hybrid leadership role combines stakeholder engagement, technical architecture decisions, and team management to drive AI-driven insights across business functions and client engagements.

• Identify new opportunities to apply data analytics and AI services across business functions and client engagements • Develop comprehensive proposals and RFP/RFI responses covering scope, approach, architecture, staffing, and expected impact • Design custom data and AI solutions including multi-agent pipelines, RAG systems, and LLM-powered workflows • Own deployment of solutions into client and cloud environments with CI/CD pipelines and post-deployment monitoring • Define solution quality metrics, build evaluation loops, monitor performance in production, and drive continuous enhancement • Stay informed on latest developments in LLMs, agentic frameworks, MLOps, and LLMOps platforms • Lead projects end-to-end, coordinating priorities and allocating resources across concurrent initiatives • Manage performance and development of team members through regular 1:1s, feedback, and career growth planning • Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and retention for the team • Uphold client confidentiality, data protection, and responsible AI practices

Proven track record in data analytics, data science, or AI solution delivery with 6+ years of experience owning end-to-end delivery. Demonstrated experience delivering technical solutions in client-facing contexts with hands-on expertise in LLM-based and agentic AI solutions in production. Strong DevOps knowledge (CI/CD, Docker, cloud configuration), solid Python and SQL proficiency, and familiarity with MLOps/LLMOps practices on GCP, AWS, or Azure. Excellent project management capability and experience managing or mentoring technical teams. Strong communication skills in English; French proficiency strongly preferred. Experience in consulting or professional services environments highly valued.
